absolute and substance

i ride a LF DLX now but want a board with more pop. i dont want to lose any speed and i want it to be a reasonably smooth and fogiving ride like the DLX. how does the absolute compare to the substance in this respect. i was also thinking about the premier and the jobe insight. let me know what you think
