Weighting 03 SAN 210

I have my 03 SAN 210 team on order. I went with the rear wedge tanks and of course the center tank for stock ballast. I currently have a Fake A Wake sac ~550 lbs. I am thinking about getting the fat buddies for the rear storage or maybe another large sac for the floor. I would rather keep the floor clear if possible. How much of a pain is it filling rear sacs in the compartments? How much additional weight are people using on the SAN? I trailer the boat so lead is not an option.
