Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've been around here, but now that my kids are old enough I'm thinking it's time to get back on the wake, and to take them with me. So here's my question: What is your opinion of this auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...#ht_500wt_1182

When I first saw it it was under $50k for this 2008 40th Anniversary X-Star that is essentially new with only 30 hours on it. I'm thinking about bidding, but now that it's gone over $50k it's gone from "a steal" to "a deal" in my opinion. I'm thinking this won't be the last deal of its kind that I come across, especially with winter coming up. Then again, it's a dang X-Star, the price is good, and the loan is approved.

Also, I had a 2006 X2 before. I'd love it if those of you with experience with both could tell me what you think of the difference between the two boats. Trailering weight, fuel economy, size, and features are some of my primary questions.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

AUCTION ENDS JUST SIX HOURS FROM THE TIME OF THIS POST!
