Of 16 heats 7 of them had a 100 scored.
I guess there were lots of perfect runs. I thought I would try to kinda follow the PWT this year and am already giving up because so far it doesnt seem to make much sense.

I think if a rider had a stand-up run and all judges ranked them first in their heat they got a 100. Everyone else in the heat was scored relative to the 100. You cannot compare scores from different heats or different days. Some of the top riders in a heat didn't get a 100 because they fell or because the judges didn't all have that rider rated number 1 in the heat.

I think it works like this:

The first person off the dock set's the scoring "curve". If he totally kills it, stand-up run, he still gets scored a 5 out of 10. If the next guy rides a little better, he'll get a 6 or 7, and if anyone rides worse then they'll get a 4 or 5. In Shane's case, he was probably last off the dock and kicked everyone's butt.

William - yeah, Robby kills it. Nice to see him doing well in a PWT Pro-level event - hopefully he continues to advance.
