Mastercraft stitching coming apart

I have a 2006 x2 that i've had for 3 years. Everything on the boat is in perfect condition except for all the stitching is coming apart! I use the boat alot, in the salt water and never put the cover on (i have to clean it after every use and putting on the cover would not allow it to dry properly) I've had boats my entire life and never had this type of problem but none of them have been wakebaording boats. I realize that a lake boat may not be designed for this kind of abuse and that is why I'm asking for opinions. Would this happen to any wakeboard boat or should I complain and make them fix it?
