So I recovered from a busted knee and was riding hard on my first set, confident that my knee will hold with the Donjoy brace on when I kick off wrong on a TS jump. Inverted, throws handle, curl up to meet crash, smash. Though I broke a rib or something such was the pain.

Turns out I ruptured my abs on the left hand side. I could hardly move for two days but is able to get out of bed without assistance. Only now do I know how much work the abs go through in a normal day. Am out for 6 weeks at least.....oh well it could have been worse.
