Me and three friends are heading down to Phoenix for a few days and are looking to rent a boat. I have one lined up but according to the waiver and release form I am 100% liable for any and all damage and lawsuits. I haven't found a rental company that offers insurance for myself and the other operator, and I don't want to be on the hook if something happens. I took the waiver and release forms to my own insurance agent and he said I would be crazy to sign them. Does anybody know of any insurance companies that will provide me and my friends with liability and damage insurance on a rented boat? We are 28-36 years old, Canadian, inboard owners with perfect driving history. There must be something out there like when you rent a car???
