Each of your batteries is good for 65 Amp-hours when charged. Assuming you are getting 100 Watts RMS out of each amplifier average, which would be insanely loud, and assuming 70% efficiency, you are constantly drawing 60 Amps of current, so on a full charge you could play for 4:20 with 4 batteries and 6:30 with 6 batteries. However with voltage drop factored in I would think actual play time would be lower than this. The real issue is your alternator. You need a beast of an alternator to get those charged. Or I guess you can charge them every time after you use them, but even then you'll need a monster battery charger to get a good charge on that many batteries.
What type of alternator do you have? If it is the factory alternator you should dial back to 2 batteries, I would think you can get as long or longer play times since the batteries will actually reach a full charge
