the boat is going in a constant circle presumably so that he might be able to attempt to save it, or at least not have it crash. Also, someone is in a hatch.

I have to tend to agree that it's fake because I honestly don't know why someone would be stupid enough to post their fail online if it was real....although there are lots of stupid people out there.

It's totally possible the boat could turn in circles for hrs with out hitting anything depend on where land was in that body of water and that some other boat could circle the inside of the boat and have someone jump in and rescue the boat. But I agree with everyone it's fake. And while we are on the subject of Fake videos. I think they are so lame I'm sure this video with go viral fake or not it will fool a lot of people, I woundnt be surprised if my dad eventually forwards me this video with some BS story to go along with it. They should find out who this person is and put the in the category with people that have been abducted by aliens

Fake.
There's 2 water bottles. One up in the bow cup holder, one in the port side cup holders. Everyone knows that you don't go through more than 1 bottle of water per person if there's no cooler on board.

That's true. We always start the year with a new case of water in the boat. There's always about 20 left at the end of the year. If only we could make beer last like that!

Also, the wake seems to be kind of washy to have full ballast on one side and nothing on the other. That wake looks exactly how mine would be if a 200b guy is sitting on the wrong side i.e.: someone in the other engine hatch.
Not to mention if this were real, why not edit the video showing the boat crash or whatever happened. Thats what people want to see anyway.

Ummmm..
A short blip in the local paper....
Pasco –Wa.- The Franklin County Sheriff was alerted at 2:15pm Thursday by a passing Tidewater barge of a driverless boat running in circles approx. 1.5 miles north of Fishook park on the lower Snake River. A Walla Walla Sheriff boat arrived on the scene and was able to board the vessel and disable it. A person, identified as the driver of the boat, was located a short time later approx . ¼ mile way and claimed to have fallen out of the vessel while it was underway. The driver was wearing a life preserver and no injuries were reported. An ongoing investigation is underway.

If this was indeed a true ghost surf session, then why not post a clip of who and how the boat was recovered. IMO, that would be the most entertaining event.

Kirk- Looks like you live in Walla Walla and I can't find the news article. What paper ran this story?
