Wow, wake did not look very impressive. Was that a Centurion wake?

Thanks for the post. Looks like all of those guys are riding finless. I haven't tried it but I may have to give it a shot on my phase 5

Yeah, they're all on skimboards in those pictures (except for 2 on surfboards). Your Phase 5 is basically a Zap skimboard with a fin put in so it should work the same.

Those surfing pics aren't from BoardStock/ World Wakesurfing Championship. Not sure where they were taken. We rode behind an Enzo that had a good wake. The wake got a little short on the last 2 rounds because the course was moved to a much shallower channel.

Those pictures were taken on Thursday, the day before the event, down in Merced at Lake Yosemite. Centurion had both Enzo's used in the contest down in Merced for practice sessions. The pictures of the wake seem to be close to what we had at the contest up in Stockton.

I'm hoping it's not too late, but for those who don't know, the WWSC is being televised this afternoon. Here is the text of the email from Robert Thayer he sent to all the competitors a few days ago:

"The 2004 World Wakesurfing Championships and Boardstock will air on Fox Sports Net this Wednesday October 27, 2004 at 4:00 PM on the East Coast and also 4:00 PM on the West Coast. Please check your local listings and regional Fox Sports Net stations for Fusion TV."

Also, a BIG Thank You to Tim Lopes, Robert Thayer and all the crew with Centurion and everyone else involved for a great event.

Jeff, do you know if you can only get that channel with the dish? I have to find someone to record it for me!

Hi Anna, my understanding is that it is carried on the Dish network, but don't HOLD me to that!

Ahhh, I'm back in Sweden and I'm desperately trying to find someone to record it. I think I have it covered. Thanks so much for posting the info. It really was a great time. Tell your wife I said hi! (We competed together)
