I live in Chattanooga but I went to UT and I was a member of the ski club. They get a brand new mastercraft free every year. Damn I miss K-Town!

Is Knoxville a sweet place to live? I have never visited, although I would like to visit a Vols game this fall. Looking at a map, it seems there are any number of excellent riding spots in and around Knoxville. I go to Dale Hollow Lake frequently and if half the lakes/rivers around there are even a fraction as good, that place should be a wakeboarding Mecca. With Mastercraft, Skier's Choice, and Sea-Ray all having manufacturing facilities near Knoxville, it would seem to be a boater/wakeboarders dream location (except the availability of year-round riding like Florida). Sorry to ramble on, but I have been trying to convince the wife we should move there.

Josh,
Knoxville is a pretty good place for wakeboarding. We rode last year until November and started up late March....was a little cold but quit whining. Anyway, from virtually anywhere in Knoxville, you have access to water, There are 2 great lakes within ten minutes of west knoxville and 5 more lakes within an hour. Norris lake is nice.

We were in Knoxville with the Trip Across America back in May and rode on the Tennessee River at Vols landing....check out this butter! I think we are going to be back there in a couple of weeks for some filming. By the way, this pic was taken at 12:00pm....

Hey, Chuck--
