CTI2 Cracked

yes it cracked today and im very very very upset ive had it for a week and used it 3 times for wakeboarding and it cracked today on one of the top pieces

that should not happen. from what I understand, the two joints are supposto 'self distruct' when stress on the brace exceeds that which could break a femur. So the joint should have broken i think before the actuall brace.

I would be pretty upset too. But, your probably lookign at a new one free of charge.

Lifetime Warranty on the brace and hinges.

I'm not for sure how you cracked yours, but they will definately replace it no questions asked. I had my brace cracked when someone stepped on it in the floor of the boat (I know I'm stupid) and had a new brace at my door 3 days after taking it back in. If it cracked because of the design when being normally used, I would probably ask a few more questions. CTi is great to work with.

My sons cracked in 3 places. CTI will replace it.

well i have an appointment friday to take it in and have it looked at so hopefully ill have a new one very soon

i just got back from riding. took a quick set without the sacs filled. i got to show off for the spics on the private beach place. pulled the sickest 3 way out in the flats.
