I was wanting to know if anyone in wakeworld land has replaced a heater or heater core in a 2001 model nautique. I pulled the heater today and found that it had been leaking. The manufacturer is "Master Mark, Inc." I can not find them on line anywhere. I would like to just replace the core if I can (the fan works fine). The only pain in the butt is going to be getting the core out. The heater box is rivited! I am going to have to drill out about 20 rivits to get to the core and then figure out how I am going to put it back together. Anyways, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Trevor,

You should only have to remove one side and it should slide out. Off to the auto parts store for a new core.

Charles (oh wise one!)-

Your right. I only had to drill out a few rivits, one end came off...and out popped the core. Who would you recommend I try to get a core from?

I went to knowels auto parts, they still look in books for parts and were able to find a cross number and got me a new one the same day. I have my part number if you want to bring it by the shop, maybe it is the same one.

Let me know

I am going to be in Stockton during the day tomorrow, I'll try to stop by. I'll call you before I come to get the address

Charles-
I stopped by and talked to the same kid that helped you. As soon as he saw the part he asked if it came off of a boat and if I knew you. They didn't have the part in stock, but will have it by 10am tomorrow. Thanks again for all of your help - it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be.
