I am thinking about making a bimini for my boat as I think $ 500.00 an up is a bit much for what they, I only have a need for one once in a while and frankly I'm kind of poor right now so I don't want to spend a lot. I was looking at buying some 3/4" EMT conduit and have an electrician I know bend the corners and so on to make the frame. I found the parts to mount and getting canvas or vinyl is easy.
