I was out on the Delta this weekend and saw a Boat with a Rack on the top of his tower: It had 4 Suction Pads on it: It looked like you could stick a Surf board or a wake board to the suction pads and it would hold the board down, It looked like a surfboard would mount on your tower just like how you see people carrying Surfboards on there car. Has anyone else seen or knows what im taling about?

I sure wouldn't rely on a suction cup to hold anything that I really wanted. The soap buddy on the transom is one thing, an expensive board on the rack is something else.

That said, the "suction cups" are often used as a shock mount in association with a strap that keeps whatever from blowing away. I have never seen such a thing for a wakeboard tower, but I bet you could make one easily enough. Go to the swap meet and see if you can pick up an old automobile ski rack that had that style of cups, or you may be able to find them at a parts/hardware store.
