The event was at Hidden Valley in Eureka, MO. Hats off to Mike, Fritz, Randy and the riders for a job well done. Check out http://www.midwestscionevents.com/ for all the details.

It was sooo cold that if I remember correctly, Gabe was the first rider out of the box and the starting pool had started to ice over.

Mike - Can we get a heater in the lake at KC? I am tired of snowboarding. See you in the in a few months.

We will again be at the St. Louis Boat show this year with the folks at Stateamind. Stop by and say Hi.

As for the future of wakeboardSTL, I am not sure what it holds. It's quite a long story and I don't think the website will be back. I poured a lot of personal time and money into it and simply don't have the means to support it anymore. While I had a lot of fun in 2008, met some awesome people and got to see the folks who came to our clinics progress, 2009 will be getting back to why I love wakeboarding, for FUN.
