FLIPS

hey i'm just going to be starting flips soon and i was wondering what would be easier to start off with..a frontflip or a backflip. i can land frontflips on the trampoline on my feet no problem but i havent tried backflips yet..

any suggestions?

learn backflips on the trampoline and then try some tantrums...it is such an easy flip

back flips r easier but look at sum videos of the backroll thts probaly the easiest invert it like a cartwell without ur hands ull want to start out with tht first
