Ok im just curious about something because i've never really read or heard about it. How much do professional riders actually PRACTICE? I'm not talking about just going out and riding, i mean actually goin out and figuring out what and where and how they are doing something wrong. How many times do they ride a week? How many hours per day? is there really a limit on how much you can ride in one day before you are actually not improving anymore? do they do drills? just a few questions i had.

I take two to four passes (8 jump pass, whenever my bodie feels up to it,) every other day...
Set up a trick run and do it over and over again!

I'm no pro!, just in love with the water

My buddies and I started calling Progression Day 3-4 weeks ago. So tired of the same tricks. We all plan on trying at least one new trick a day. I learned Toe 3s and switch toe 3s in about 3 days on the water. I fell about 20 times in a set, but didnt care thats what we were there for. It helps when its just 3 or 4 guys/girls and you can get sets of 2 or 3 in a day. To many times you get out and its 8 peeps and a bunch of beer so you end up partying more than getting work done.
