I agree that it takes some time to get used to a new board, sometimes 3 sets or a little less or a little more. Plus, as said, it is the beginning of the season and we ALL need to break off a little rust Also, you are riding two very different boards, which is not a bad thing, just another variable to get used to. The trip was a little smaller and is a CONTINUOUS rocker with 2.3 inches of rocker. the One is a THREE-STAGE rocker with 2.7 inches of rocker. The three-staged one is gona ride a little slower than the continuous trip, but it will also give you quite the pop! Also the newer boots may have an effect. if you were riding really stiff boots before you might have been getting a bit more leverage, easier, than now... till you get used to it. the one boots are probably an average stiffness. not as stiff as the cells but not as soft as the relics. Most importantly, don't worry too much. get out there and have fun. do some slayshes and surfing carves and surely things will get well oiled and start feeling smooth
