I use a 30 minute epoxy, it is far easier to work with since 5 minutes is just not enough time to mix the epoxy, work it into the crack, and then clamp it. I really want to be able to get the epoxy into the crack and have found that the 5 minutes epoxies set too quickly. Look for a 30 minutes epoxy that says it works on fiberglass, I am not sure what brand I use, but I have seen it at hardware stores. I use aluminum foil to protect the clamp from the epoxy, I use quick clamps with the rubber jaws.
