OK, So I think I have our wave dialed in, height is ok and it gives a good push. My only problem is that I think it's a little short ( I know, that's what she said). I have tried more weight in the bow and that seems to help a little.

My set up is this:
750 in the rear on the surf side
600 in the basement
250 all the way in the front of the bow

How are you other 21V's doing it?Upload

i'll have to get some pics, but i run the stock rear (port side) #400 full. a #750 on the port side bench, and a #750 on the port side of the bow. usually 2 or 3 people all crammed somewhere there is space left on the port side.

11.8mph, wakeplate 1/2 to full up.

i think the 21v just produces a shorter pocket than other hull designs.?

We have tried the port side and it's about the same. I even had all of the weight listed above with 5 250 guys and the wave didn't get much bigger.I guess the hull design does have alot to do with it.Speed is about 12 with the wake plate all the way up. Post some pics if you can. Thanks

Hey Spidey. We found running the boat a little slower, like 11mph with TAPS at about 6 seemed to make the wake best for us. Running TAPS down a bit may make the wake "longer". Good luck!

Thanks, I'll try a little slower, whenever we crank the wakeplate down the wave seems to shrink, I didn't even think to look and see if the wave got longer, I'll try it this weekend. Thanks

putting the wakeplate down will make the wake smaller but longer, putting it up will make it shorter and steeper
