I was just curious if anyone has been trying bs 9's, or if someone has landed it and I'm way out of the loop. I think the fs 9 has had most variations on it (toeside, heelside, switch, double up, wake, different grabs...). Seems like there are more bs 7's recently, pretty sure I've seen Collin Wright do em wake to wake. I could be way off, I haven't been following the scene so much.

Harf stuck a W2W bs 7 at the master's right after a w2w 9. That was a first for competitions, I am not sure about bs 9's though.

1080 before BS9.

And yes, lots of guys can stick bs 720s... Rusty can also do both HS variations of it.

gerry nunn (dunno exactly how to spell his name) is landing them all the time aswell. no one is really focusing on bs 9, although my friend says that he'll be the first one to land one, hes still got a long way to go although he isn't doing too bad at the moment. bs 9 are more technical and don't really appeal to the media etc. as much asa 1080 plus parks and mark kenney both landed 1080's before but no one lands any anymore so pros and anyone else that rides that well concentrate more on landing 10's.

Shane did a bs 7 w2w in 2001 I believe.

It's harder to do a bs 720 wake to wake (w2w) than it is to do a bs 720 off the double up. Less hang time, less air, etc. All I am saying, is that if guys have been doing them wake to wake for years (fs 900s and bs 720s), you think someone would land one eventually.

Ah ok, I got it. Thought you meant w2w as opposed to 1 wake.

1080 will come way before bs9, methinks.
