boardstock question

so.. we just got back from clearlake, I had one of the best weekends i ever had!

So I heard that boardstock was being held there in august.. Isnt that the time of year that the Algae is really really bad, like to the point where you cant go in the water??

Hey bro, I have never seen it so bad to the point where you cant get in... I know in some spots it can gbet bad but not to the point where you can get sick or its to thikckj. The boat will take some serious scrubbin to get clean but nothing a lil elbow grease wont cure. Maybe a good idea to put a fresh coat of wax on there prior to the trip.
