I know I can prob find manufactures recomended limit if I read through the book. However, just looking for a quick answer from the vast knowledge here on wakeworld. Can/is it bad 3-4 people stand/sit on it at once? Does each type of boat have diff limits?

On an MC, two large men hauling up 8 concrete blocks from a mucky bottom bent a support. I would guess about 700 lbs on one side.

I cannot give an exact figure but if it is on the water I would not see a huge problem. We have done multiple times on our vlx. While on the water the boat will displace some therefor reducing the weight directly on the platform. When on the trailer we do not put more than one person on the platform at a time.

Ive had that on mine before with no problems. When were swimming off the boat theres been 4 or 5 sitting on the deck. I would imagine all mfgs are about the same as decks mount the same on most boats.

I would say less weight with a teak platform opposed to fiberglass. The screws tend to pull out of the teak under heavy stress, at least from what I've observed.
