You need Dextron III, go to the autoparts store. Change the v-drive fluid while you're at it should be SAE-30. Check on the dipstick first, they went to putting Dextron III in both in 06. Better to check and be sure. Anyways just suck as much out as you can in either one, then measure how much you took out and put that much back in. Don't cross-contaminate the fluids.

...and, to get it out, get a hand pump from the auto parts store, $2-$5. Push the hose all the way to the bottom and pump out as much as possible. As nu bu said, replace with the identical amount you removed. Just be careful not to get the hose jammed inside. Mine broke off once when replacing v-drive fluid. There is a plate on the bottom you can remove if this happens, but is a total pain.
