Ideally I'd like to angle my sub up against the side of the boat. Any ideas how to attach? Here's a pic:

i would try it there before you do mount it...

i didnt have much luck with a side firing sub in my cc 211....there was a lot of cancellation and side wall rattle.

would suggest firng the sub front/back, i have heard it in a couple of installs and is sounds a lot better...

Cut a hole in the carpet and put a big blob of Silicone II on the sub then set in place trying not to move it until it dries overnight (looks like you could put a tire chock under it).

just run sheetrock screws from the outside.

Cut out the carpet behind where you want to mount the sub, glue a piece of MDF up there with Liquid Nails. When it's dry, mount the sub box with a couple of short screws from the inside (you'll have to pull the speaker out to do it) then put the speaker back in.

is your arm on the floor? just attach a couple wedge shaped pieces of wood to the bottom of the box and fasten them to the floor. this would be the least invasive method.

After you tighten the sheetrock screws, put some tape on the heads of the screws to hide them and slow any leaks.
