wrap or not to wrap

I am buying a Sante 210. The dealer has put a wrap on it for the boat show and my wife is not crazy about it. It's supposed to be a WW2 P-40 flying tiger fighter plane. What do you think about it? Take it off or talk the wife into leaving it on?

Leave it. Very cool and unique. But if you start seeing them on other boats ditch it.

I dig it. It's different. I agree with Marco, if you see others with it, ditch it. Try to get the wife to ride it out for a bit, you can always take it off later. It might grow on her. Especially after people begin commenting to her about how cool it looks.

I would keep it. It is a very cool looking wrap and you know no one will have another boat like yours. Keep it for the season and she what she wants to do then.

That is a nice wrap. What color is your boat underneath the wrap? YOu can always take it off later. I bet you will get so many complments on the water because it is so different.

ditch it. i think it looks cheesy. without the teeth on the front, maybe i would consider keeping it. i will say this though; i would consider keeping it on just for protection then remove when you sell it or it gets beat up. if thats not a concern, id dump it

I think it looks great. Very unique and protects the boat as well. Use it and if a time comes where the wrap gets all knicked up and what no removie it and you will have a fresh surface and basically new exterior.

tell the dealership to throw in some Original decals so if you get boared with the wrap take it off and put on the originals

I took all my tribal Malibu stickers off my boat because all boat MFG's seems to be going this route (the tribal look).

Thanks for all the responses. My wife has agreed to keep the wrap. The dealer has agreed to take it off and put on the original graphics whenever we're ready. Thanks again!! This thread helped her make the decision.
