perfect pass cable

The cable on my perfect pass needs replacement. The cable and metal boot it runs through from the servo to the throttle lever rusted through and is stuck. I took it apart and tried freeing it up with wd40 and some oil, but the cable is fraying and pieces of the cable are jammed up in the boot it runs through. Has anyone ever replaced this? Is this a common problem. Any idea what the cost would be to replace that myself?

Cable cost is around 40 bucks i believe. Super simple. Just takes about 10 minutes, some small metric wrenches, and a small allen for the knob set screw.

Todd, you are right. I emailed Tech support at Perfect Pass and less than an hour later I got a return email saying the replacement cable is $35. I appreciate it when a company takes the time to return emails in a timely fashion. Props to Perfect Pass!
