So I used my LF Domain Bindings for the first time last weekend, and on the back upper ankle part of the boot there is a "white area" well after 1 use the white part of the boot is already peeling off revealing the padding ...is this normal?

Yep, they all do that. Though it usually takes a bit longer...
I haven't actually seen the new Watson Ltd's yet, but I think that's a different material that LF might be using more in the future since (about) all their current boots have this problem.

i suppose its normal
my pair started doing that pretty early too,
i really dont think it matters all to much unless you have to have perfect stuff haha

my uncle has the domains. he has been riding with them since august. nothing like that has happened to his.
