Just got my new bindings in today. I know I've posted the board on a few threads in the past, but i haven't ridden it in about 4 years. It'll be interesting to see how the fins hold. I should be taking it out pretty soon. I'm so pumped! And yeah, the bindings are "just for kiting" or whatever some LF rep said on here a long time ago, but I was mainly thinking that they were 30 dollars out of the wrapper when I ordered them.

They are the LF Escalades. They were made by the LF Kiteboard Division, but will work as wakeboard bindings too.

they'd work fine for wakeboarding wouldn't they? or what would be the difference?

They're fine for wakeboarding. They were just built for kiteboarders. Its supposed to be easier to put them on, but when I tried them on it felt just the same as any wakeboard binding i've ever had.

......One of the riders on my boat has been riding them for 2 seasons and loves them. I originally bought them for kiteboarding but didn't like them for the sport...sandals just work better...to get in and out easy etc...sold them after he tried them out. We did modify the laces into a top and bottom half though.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to have to do that. The toes are way to tight.
