San Francisco Boat - anyone able to help?

Pretty close to dropping a deposit on a 2000 Model Super Air Nautique in the San Francisco area but before I do, I am hoping that there might be a friendly wake boarder (preferably a boat owner themselves) in the area that might be able to have a quick peek at it for me?

I am based in New Zealand and plan to export the boat here, and just want someone to check the general condition and that it starts/ everything works OK. Happy to cover costs + beer etc!

What does it cost to ship a boat to NZ?

its not cheap to send a boat to NZ - approx 5k USD but we just don't have the boats to choose from here, and the ones that are here are overpriced.

phatboypimp - you sound like my kind of guy! Its in the East bay (lafayette / orinda / moorage) area. Is that close to you?

I offer this type of service. Let me know if you need me. The other option is a licensed marine surveyor which I am not but I do offer used boat pre purchase inspections.
