LED Lighting

I am thinking about adding some accent lighting to my Mobius. Since I am very unfamiliar with these lights, I had a few questions. First, I see single lights and clusters. If I was just going for accent lighting to makre it liook cool at night, would I get enough light from the singles if I used a couple in each area (drivers console, side speaker area, etc...) I don't have courtesy lights in the boat, but I do have a spare switch to use. Do you just wire them in series to the switch, or is there more involved to it than that? I am not looking to add a lot of lights, just a few to make it look cool. Any advise will be appreciated.

I just did the same thing. I forgot the place I bought them, I will look it up, but I think it was tirefly or something like that. They were $6.80 a piece for 6 LED clusters including 6' of wire and a fuse on each cluster. I bought 12 of them. Dont get the singles, get clusters...once you hide them they are not as bright as you might think.

Its a super easy install, took me less than an hour for all of them, including one in each vent in the back that shine down on the swim platform.

yes, was thinkin about doin the same thing. please post where you got your LED's from and what kind they are. I was looking on ebay at single LED's but it sounds as if they wont be bright enough.
