Difference between 06' and 07' X2?

I'm looking at getting a new boat can anyone tell me the difference between the 06' and 07' X2. I know the towers are different but what else? Thanks

The gauges are a different color, too.

The ballast tanks are automatic shut off in 2007, but not in 2006.

The stuff they said plus chrome tip exhaust, they came standard with the billet walkthough, drivers side remote and the graphics can be different. Also the rtp from 06 to 07 were different I believe. The newer one has a better hole shot.

If you are looking at getting a new one, the 08s are out.

Everything they said but also the ballast drains through bottom of hull instead of side of hull. Also the walk through billet door is new for 07. Not sure about the different engines but they did change the prop for 07 which gives it better hole shot.

Since I love to ski the hole shot is important. Thanks for all the info. I will let you know how it works out. Maybe I'll have to sac-up and go new.

The guages where red in 06 I believe and white in 07.

The 07-08 towers need braces, 06's do not.....08 has VDIG, 07 does not.....

If you like to ski, get the wakeplate. Helps to flatten the wake.

if you like to single ski i would test drive it because the wake has a double bump thing going on and it suck for skiing.
