First off, to get a clean wave, the "cavitation plate" (center trim tab) is very important. Without it you will get propwash in the wave. Put one on, and even fully retracted, the listed wave will benefit substantially.
Running listed, put an 1100 in the surf-side rear locker, a bow sack up front, then fill both hard tanks. Set speed at 12. dump weight from the opposing side till the wave cleans up. voila. great long and powerful listed wave and dead simple to set up.
An alternative configuration is to use longer tube type supra gravity games sacks in the rear which will terminate somewhere under the cabin seats. I never ran this configuration, but surfresh on here is/was a strong advocate.
Never used a surf system on my 11, so can't comment there.
