We frequently take my in-laws with us out on the water and our boat doesn’t have a ladder to board from in water. There are more than a few options out their… Folding more permanent or rope more temporary, any suggestions on which type to buy? I found this stirrup looking type… any good?

i have often told my wife the best way for her mother to get back onto the boat would probably be for her to swim to shore and wait at the dock..

Fill the rear ballast and stand on the sun pad she can practically swim on did that with mine. I also keep a rope ladder in boat just in case.

Mount a folding ladder under the swim platform. Look at MC's website, and you'll see what I mean.
