Thanks for all your advice that got me to this point. The boat finally showed up last night. Its a little crazy that I just bought this boat and I've NEVER been in a nautique before. My first impressions of the boat was that its dirtier than I expected and needs a lot more work. I've also been following the 2001 SAN winter project thread and got some ideas and courage. Here are some pictures of the first day. I cleaned it out. Took it to an upholstery shop and got a bid, then stripped interior out of it, cleaned in up and started the process. Here are the pictures
