I have a supra and was wondering which tower speakers would be better the kicker ktm6 or the roswell-kenwood factory tower speaker setup?

The kicker will sound way better further out. Kenwood speakers suck IMO, maybe that's why they don't use them anymore?

The new Roswell speakers sold on moomba/supra are kicker speakers now.

Right Dan but they were kenwood on his 2004 supra, thanks for the insight though. These are not the kickers he is referring to anyways.

For the money the KTM6 would be better. Those OEM Kenwoods suck. Even the new Kicker OEM setup isn't that good. I think the KTM's are better.

I have a just enough to get by setup on my boat for now. IF I was going to upgrade, which will be soon. Any of the new ones would be worth the cash. The NVS, Wetsounds, and Dbots. My buddy picked up a set of the D-bot packs and they sound pretty sick behind his 21V. Like the looks of them as well.

KTM6's all day long over a traditional cone style driver. Just dont skimp on the power.

Tommy,

You cant beat the price on these. They are light weight but solid. Clamps are easy to assemble and come with plenty of nylon inserts to fit just about any tower size. I'm pushing 175W RMS to the set I installed and they scream.
