We have an '03 Launch, and our analog spedo never gets above 12 MPH - Even if we're doing 40. The PP spedo works fine. As far as I can tell, there is only the one paddlewheel. Any suggestions?

you should have an adjustment knob somewhere mine (o4 SSV) is down from the throttel /shift and towards the dash. Looks liek it does nothing but turn it (while moving) and the speedo will calibrate.

LOL - okay, so that's what those two knobs are for. Only have had the boat a few weeks, and I wondered what those knobs were for. Thanks for the quick answers.

I'm still messing with it. I still haven't filled them all the way yet. Last weekend was just one long alcoholic haze.
