I am in the middle of installing the StarGAZER addition of perfectpass in my SSV and I am not so sure about how to take out the right side speedo. Do you unscrew it from the back then push it out the dash? Also, there are several wires attached to the back of the speedo in more than one location, what should I do with these wires?

Any help would be great,
thanks in advance.

Yes, you unscrew the bracket on the back of the speedometer and then pull the speedometer out from the front of the dash. It's been a while, but if I remember correctly there are 3 wires? One from the paddle wheel for speed, one for the light, and then a ground. Not sure if you will need to use any of these for the Stargazer? I wouldn't imagine that you would need the speedo wire, but you may need the light and the ground? You can call Perfect Pass and ask them. They should be able to help you.

The perfectpass unit has it's own wires to plug into the module but it looks like there are about six wires attached to the prongs on the back of the speedo.
