Like I said in the Malibu thread, this is freakin' funny stuff. Zane is a total crack up and I wish I could have been there while they were thinking these things up. It would be a blast to do this between all the boat companies, and probably the wakeboard companies as well! Actually, this clip got cut off early. In the full version, a guy named "Cobalt" comes in and tells "MasterCraft" how flattered they are as well!

Tige needed the fat guy because "our boats have more fiberglass and weigh more than the others"....

At least the fat guy wasn'trying to hide his receding hair line with a cut from the eighties. Oh, and I'll bet he doesn't need a booster seat when he drives either.

Billy, Looks like? I'll have you know I worked on both Shrek One, and Two. We had conflicting creative differences on the third and I walked. I'll tell Zane you said hello when he's staring into my crotch this year at the boat show.

Zane, The first peek is free, after that I'll have to charge ya. Or if you like, I can always wear something that will match with my flats. Have to admit though, it's impressive that you don't have that "I'm a Pro" pay respect to me Aura. See ya in January

Thanks Cliff, but for the first peek will I need a microscope...your profile says so! The poke at my height really hurts though bro, but I guess a man of your size...again nice pic on the profile has to pick on someone. Any way hope to meet up in Seattle in Jan, not sure if I am going to be at the show or not. Either way Cliff you are a whitty adversary!!

Zane, I'm not a man! I've got a trans gender id from San Francisco that proves it! All eyes, I'm just taking advantage of the post. I don't really have any hard feelings one way or the other, but it's rare that a post is specifically designed for lippage, so I'm taking full advantage. I'll step aside for others to play now.

Kellen your right about Cobalt being the first. MasterCraft just made the Picklefork a success and actually made money with it. Four Winns is giving it a go now as well.

Nice play, Kellen. I actually had no idea that there was another in the space before mc. they certainly took the design to another level, but funny to see that they weren't the first. No hating on Zane though. met him at the bay area boat show a few years back, and even though i'm no longer driving an MC, he was a first class guy spending some time shooting the sh** with the wifey and me. Funny stuff.

For the 1 zillionth time. The guy that designed the pickefork for Cobalt/or Chapparal/ or whatever( it doesn't matter) went to work at MC right afterwards. MC didn't steal it/imitate it, he just used his design there too.

Great ads Zane! I am LMAO! Kudos for MC for being very innovative! Kudos for TIGE for copying good ideas! Sure beats the poor innovation of CC and their unwillingness to learn from others. Now, if only the current X2 wake was as good (size/shape/efficiency) as the current X1 wake (a mid 90s hull). I really wanted to buy that boat.

On the MC/Cobalt picklefork introduction. I believe Peter Granata with MDRA was the conceptual designer. MC/Cobalt had him design both in tandem for 2003 model year. Cobalt deemed their picklefork the 240SD. It was in production for just one year & MC...the rest is history. From the 2003 Cobalt brochure..."The sun is hining, the living is easy, and the 240SD is bound for a far horizon."

Zane - I am a long time Tige' owner, and I loved the spot. I really liked when Tige' guy left to go play with MB. What I didn't like was the shot to the gut telling me it's 80 degrees outside, and you are going riding! It was 38 degrees in California this morning, and I won't be home to see my boat wrapped up in the garage for another 3 days. Thanks for the laugh!

Have you guys seen the comment fighting at the bottom of the pages on which the videos sit? LoL (I hate using LoL but this time I did). Seriously. In the pantheon of online/web arguments, YouTube comment fighting has to be the worst/funniest/saddest/best of anything out there. I rank it even below IMBD.com's "That was the best movie ever" "No it wasn't it was the worst movie ever..." volleys. Check those videos now. Look at the comments. The all caps... the double posts because the author WAS SO MAD that he clicked twice... POST! POST DAMMIT!! So funny. On both videos you see this. Love it.
