I'm partial to MC, so I'd say a good used X-star, X-10 or X-30.
Ok, maybe even a wakesetter :-)

Seriously, try to find something 2-3 years old and let the last guy suffer the depreciation.
I got my 03 MC 230VRS with only 6 hours on it.
Like new and saved about $14,000!
