I also am considering an older Malibu lsv. I want the biggest wake for the least cost....Some input.

Look into the same version but their before models

95-0? Nautique Supersport
99-0? 205V

Same hull, then you can do ballast and tower how you want, you'll save some money to not getting the name...

We have the 210nautique and about 1500lbs ballast, and the wake gets really big, is rock hard, and is shaped well too... boat, tower, ballast, audio = ~$22,000... I've seen 205v's for that too. We were going to get a 205v but the non-wrap seating is just lame, that little extra makes a big difference
