Quick and hopefully easy video question

So I'm just trying to throw together a quick, couple minute video of some footage this summer. I'm using Windows Movie Maker and I'm running into an issue. Is there any way to rotate a video 90 degrees like you can with photos? Sometimes we'll shift from panoramic to landscape mid video and sometimes we have the whole video shot up and down. I can't seem to figure out how to rotate it or if its possible. Any info?
