Alright, after only really being comfortable carving around and riding switch for the past 3-4 months, I finally feel like my left ankle is almost 100% - I injured it when my right foot came out of my binding and my left came out only halfway on a bad fall. The board twisted around once I hit the water and torqued my left ankle bad enough that I couldn't walk on it for about 4-5 days without significant pain.

So the question is this: do you believe in keeping your bindings a little on the loose side so that if you take a digger your board comes off completely, and you have no worries? Or do you believe that it's more dangerous to have them loose, and you think cinching them up pretty tight is the way to go with respect to hard falls?

Thanks for the feedback.
