O'neill's warranty Is GREAT!!!

i had a "the law" vest and the buckle cracked on a hard fall. I took it to copes and they sent it off to o'neill some time goes by i get a call from copes and it's in i was expecting a reaired vest but no it was a 06 new vest.

Yea Cope's sent my drysuit back to oneill to get a seal fixed and the shipping and repair was free and back to me within 2 weeks.

yeah oneill is pretty sweet. They are a good company! I sent my vapor in because the foam started bunching up in the back and they sent me a new one too. Can't got wrong with Oneill. I think they even have a lifetime warranty on stitching. I could be wrong though.

hear hear! I had an older surfing wetsuit that had a few rips in seams here and there so I sent it in. For $25 they basically replaced the whole suit except for the zipper...

O'neill is definitely on point with their customer service!
