The water level is at a state that they marina can be opened any day now.

Let's hope they decided to keep the water this year and not it drain too much down river. $.02

Hopefully, but doubt that will happen Bro. The DWR is the worst-ran govt agency in CA. And thats saying something. They always drain it. At this point lets hope they keep it open past July 4th.

I think they're planning on keeping it pretty low to do levy work so, it'll be another bad year for Folsom users.
