wired remotes

I know Sony has a new wired remote for their head units, but what other head units have waterproof/water-resistant remotes? I read a post on wakesiderides.com that Alpine was coming out with a wired remote for their 9857, but I don't believe that is accurate after talking to a rep from alpine today. Does anyone have a recommendation for a 06 vlx?

Just got word from my kenwood rep that theirs are available. But only work with two of their decks. Display and linkable up to three.

Kenwood has two marine remotes that work on three marine head units.

Pioneer all the way. I have two on my VLX 06 and love them. They work great. I know pioneer has a new wired remote out, but I think it can only works solo.

With Pioneer DEH-P680MP head unit. 50x4 mosfet pwr, 4.0v hi-volt 3 preout puts. XM-Sirus ready, it is a loaded head unit. You cant go wrong.

I'll never buy another Kenwood again ! They SUCK IMHO.
