I just ordered a Acme 856 prop and just wondering if it really will make that much of a differance from the stock prop... or I wasted 400 bucks...
The boat is 95' SSnautique and we run only 1000 lbs. just because anymore weight it takes like 20 sec. to plane out... will the prop really just help us fly out of the water

if you were having trouble planing before you should notice a difference

It should make quite a difference. Sometimes the right prop makes it feel like you got a bigger motor.

Huge diff, we slam our VLX and it gets out with no problems with the 340 monsoon.

I have an 07 MB B-52... not sure what is stock prop. When I have the ballasts full (1800lbs), plus 500 lbs pop-products and four 200lbs+ guys in the boat i have trouble planing and it just doensn't feel like it can get it done.. do I need a new prop if I want to run that much weight?
I also have the 375HP ZR engine
