New cable park in Florida

Has anyone heard anything about the cable park thats being built in tampa.

Its actually going to be in seffner which is basically tampa.

This was supposed to happen a few years ago. Land o lakes marine and the owners of O-dub were supposed to build a cable right outside of tampa but nothing ever happened. Apparently they bought the land and found the spot but i saw nothing come from it. I used to coach at the camp their and that is how vague i got the information, so i wouldn't count on it. Plus, why would O-dub want to put a cable so close to its orlando location? When i think about it, it doesn't make sense.

I talked to someone about it today and they said they were still working on permits

The initial hold up had to do something with the soil. Then the cost for the location got too expensive.
Tampa's not too close, but just far enough for the owner to keep tabs on his investment.

The Central Oklahoma Wakeboarding Center will be open at the end of April and we spent today planning out the Grand Opening for May...

Texas has another one going up in Leander. (North of Austin)

Texas X-treme park or something like that.
