i somehow ripped the binding inserts out of my board. So, whats the best way to contact Hyperlite? didn't buy it from my local shop, but I will talk to them (i know, this is why you buy from your boardshop..). If they don't help me, who should i contact? Im in Tx if it matters...

I did the same and my local shop (No Wake in Cin.) helped me. I didn't buy local either.

sweet. I'm waiting on a call back. Is there any long shot (really long shot) i could get Ronix to help me out with Sharpe's new board? After all, it was their company when I bought it 2 yrs ago... doubtful, but could it be worth a shot?

nacho: probably not, but you could see if a Ronix dealer would give you a deal. Most dealers will see a deal as a way to hook a customer on a brand, so I would say that you have good shot at gettinga good price...but not free!

Also, if your going to try and do some sort of warrenty on this i'd take out all indications of having another companies bindings attached to the board (in your case, Liquid Force).

Nacho - Do you live in Dallas? Take the board to Waterski America if you do. They have sent back several broken boards to Hyperlite for me even though I didn't purchase them there. They are a great crew and I'm sure they would be happy to help you out. They will probably replace the board with a 2006 3DS.

Eubanks - i'm a few hours east of Dallas. But, if i can't get anywhere with it I'll take it up there. I'm a dumbass for not sending in the warranty card. So we'll see how far i can get. Ya a 3DS is all i want.

I've never sent in a warranty card so you should be fine! My guess is that it will be a 143 3DS.
